Type was so small you needed a magnifying glass to read!!
Excellent and right to the point. No waffle. Not only did this explain the origin and anatomy of conflict, it also enabled me to see conflict that I was blind to previously and just regarded as 'normal' interpersonal behaviour. I have started on a team-wide conflict purge and the improved productivity has been immediate and the atmosphere much better throughout. Sorry if I sound a bit evangelical but this little book has been a saviour.
